Jairamdass Khushiram have two herbal manufacturing units JK Botanicals Pvt. Ltd  (Processing Unit) and SA Herbal Bioactives LLP (Extraction Unit), which are globally certified units with BRCGS,ISO, GMP, Kosher, Halal & Organic Certification

We are an ingredient supplier to the Pharmaceutical, Dietary supplements, Food, Health care, Ayurvedic, and Nutraceuticals industry. We export more than 300+ varieties of herbs and have acquired a reputation for sourcing and supplying rare herbs throughout the year to meet our customer’s needs.

Our Processing Unit

We commenced the new construction of 120,000 sq ft processing unit at Taloja MIDC, Maharashtra, specializing in steam-treated botanical powders, herbal teas, whole herbs, and spices.

Current Modernization includes installation of new state of art machines like Steam Sterilizer, roasting machines, Color Sortex facility. Parallelly, we have our own processing cum warehouse unit with a Hydraulic baling press, dryer, cleaning and grading plant, size reduction machines for cuts and fine powders.

Along with the above installation we have put a new our own 2000 M/T refrigerated warehouse to maintain the colour and aroma of the products through the year.

Extraction Unit

• SA Herbal Bioactives LLP operates a 90,000 sq ft herbal extraction unit on a 3-acre plot in Pithampur, near Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
• We manufacture 120 to 150 standardized botanical extracts, with 50 high-demand products available year-round.
• Supplier to pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, dietary supplement, food, healthcare, and Ayurvedic industries; offering customized development and production services.
• Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery including rotary extractors, falling film evaporators, reactors, spray dryers, vacuum tray dryers, and fluidized bed dryers.
• Capable of processing 2,000 MT of raw herbs annually, with finishing operations conducted in a class 100,000 cleanroom to ensure quality

Quality Control

Our organization has set up a state-of-the-art Analytical Laboratory to carry out various types of analysis as well as R&D work related to Herbal products. It is equipped with the latest high-performance instruments such as HPLC, UV visible spectrophotometer and Gas chromatography (GC) to keep control on solvent residuals to meet customer’s satisfactions.  We also have in-house Microbiology lab.  We are committed and determined to offer quality products without any concession.
