Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition and Business Development
    o Identify and acquire potential B2B clients through market research, networking, and
    cold visits.
    o Build a pipeline of qualified prospects and maintain consistent follow-ups.
    o Pitch products/services to decision-makers, demonstrating how they address the
    client’s needs.
  2. Field Visits and Relationship Building
    o Conduct regular visits to client locations to build trust and strengthen relationships.
    o Understand client requirements on-site and tailor solutions accordingly.
    o Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by addressing queries and providing
    excellent service.
  3. Sales and Revenue Generation
    o Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients to close deals
    successfully.
    o Achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on revenue generation and market share
    growth.
    o Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services to existing clients.
  4. Territory Management
    o Develop and implement a sales strategy for the assigned territory or region.
    o Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to the management team.
    o Keep an updated record of prospects, visits, and sales in CRM tools or spreadsheets.
  5. Collaboration and Coordination
    o Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to align efforts and share
    insights.
    o Ensure seamless delivery and after-sales support by coordinating with the operations
    team.
    o Provide feedback to product teams for improvements based on client inputs.
  6. Reporting and Documentation
    o Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales activities, client interactions, and target
    achievements.
    o Maintain accurate records of sales leads, proposals, and closed deals.
