Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting
o Conduct outbound calls to new and existing B2B clients to generate leads and nurture
relationships. Use platforms like WhatsApp for instant communication, sending updates,
catalogs, offers, and follow-ups.
o Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, ensuring a
seamless communication experience. - Sales and Relationship Building
o Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers.
o Present products or services, focusing on their value to the client’s business.
o Address client concerns and objections effectively. - Sales Pipeline Management
o Use CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales stages.
o Regularly follow up on open leads and nurture long-term opportunities. - Collaboration
o Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and product teams to align on client
needs.
o Provide feedback to improve products, services, and marketing efforts. - Reporting and Documentation
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
o Prepare and deliver sales reports to management.
