Job Responsibilities

  1. Team Leadership and Management:
    ○ Supervise and support the inside sales team, providing guidance and motivation.
    ○ Conduct regular team meetings to address challenges, share updates, and align
    goals.
    ○ Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives.
    ○ Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high
    performance.
  2. Performance Management:
    ○ Set clear performance expectations and sales targets for team members.
    ○ Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and training to improve sales skills and
    product knowledge.
  3. Sales Operations:
    ○ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the inside sales department, ensuring
    smooth workflow and productivity.
    ○ Manage sales pipelines and ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM
    system.
    ○ Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service) to
    streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
  4. Customer Relationship Management:
    ○ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring customer interactions
    and resolving issues promptly.
    ○ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
    ○ Implement strategies to retain and grow the customer base.
  5. Reporting and Analysis:
    ○ Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior
    management.
    ○ Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  6. Use data insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to sale strategies.
  7. Compliance and Training:
    ○ Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, procedures, and industry
    regulations.
    ○ Organize ongoing training programs to keep the team updated on product
    knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications :
● Education:
○ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
(preferred).
● Experience:
○ Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales environment.
○ Prior supervisory or management experience is highly desirable.
